# Quest Teleop Tips & Tricks

Some useful pointers to get you quickly ramped up on collecting data smoothly

Quest teleop is our best control method: it's easy to use, ergonomic enough for long data collection sessions, and within 10 minutes of operation becomes more intuitive than any other method. These tips will give you a headstart on this:

### Reference Images

As mentioned in the video, control is easiest and most intuitive when you keep your arm and the robot arm in sync during operation. The first step is to make sure everything is in sync when you *begin controlling the arms*. These reference images give examples of starting positions that are good and some that are bad.
