# Known Issues

These are already-documented bugs in Anvil's tech stack. All of these are minor. and in the process of being addressed

### Memory leakage using CycloneDDS and Replay Buffer

When using both of these features at the same time, there can be a slow leakage of memory that, after a few hours, causes the devbox to run out of RAM. CycloneDDS is only recommended when running model inference (see [Deploying a Model](/user-guides/deploying-a-model.md)), and in this case we suggest disabling the Replay Buffer feature, just while CycloneDDS is in use.

### Snow / flickering in camera feeds, corrupted images

In rare cases, and based on the electrical and power characteristics of some specific environments, we have seen corrupted images being sent from the Anvil cameras to the Devbox, which can surface as snow / flickering when observed in the Web App. The cause of this is the extra extension cables provided with the cameras for convenience. Removing these (ie, ensuring that the cameras are plugged in directly to the Devbox with one cable) will resolve the issue. Anvil is in the process of qualifying new extension cables that will provide the same convenience, without any bugs/issues
